Job summary

AGM TOOLS is recruiting a SALES REPRESENTATIVE to manage a daily route, visit customers, and deliver exceptional service across our client base. The role focuses on maximizing sales potential with each contact and developing new accounts as designated by the company.

You will drive a company van, build strong customer relationships, and strive to meet or exceed all sales goals while ensuring accurate order processing and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience and customer service experience
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to schedule changes
• Must be able to travel to visit customers and drive a company van

Responsibilities

• Make a daily route to sell products and stay in contact with people
• Visit customers daily with a company van
• Provide excellent customer service
• Grow the business by maximizing sales potential in every contact
• Develop and cultivate new accounts designated by the company
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
• Understand customer needs to offer the best possible solutions
• Maintain relationships with current customers and seek new ones
• Manage the order process from initial contact to delivery with accuracy
