Job summary

TruTeam, part of TopBuild Corp., is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to drive growth in our insulation and building products distribution division. You will manage your own territory, build relationships, and accelerate revenue with uncapped commissions as a top performer.

In this role you will prospect and service customers, present solutions, and negotiate terms while representing the brand with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Independently manage existing customers and territory prospecting.
• Deliver effective presentations, negotiate, and communicate clearly (verbal and written).
• Process and review dealer orders, requests and acknowledgements using systems.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
