Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a driven sales professional to act as the business representative for our insulation and building products distribution division. You will aggressively grow sales, build strong customer relationships, and independently manage existing accounts and prospecting within your territory.

You will deliver effective presentations, negotiate, and communicate clearly, while proficiently handling dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years outside sales experience in construction or related industry.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation and building envelope is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Represent insulation and building products distribution division and grow sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Manage existing customers and prospect territory.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate, and communicate effectively.
• Process dealer orders and related acknowledgements.
