Rugby Architectural Building Products is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base in the Lebanon, TN region. You will represent our full product line, build strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth within your territory.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings potential, plus competitive medical-dental-vision, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, life and disability coverage, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years sales experience, outside or territory sales.
• Construction/building materials industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of millwork and 2-step distribution.
• Willing and able to travel across the territory.
• Excellent customer service; DMSi Agility knowledge a plus.

Responsabilités

• Sell our products to current customers in the region through a focus on customer service.
• Grow sales by adding new customers within the territory.
• Communicate customer needs to the branch for optimized product mix.
• Coordinate with inside sales to ensure a unified sales effort.
• Escort vendors’ reps as needed to satisfy customer accounts.
