Job summary

Rugby Holdings LLC seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover a territory from Portland, ME to Andover, MA, including NH and parts of VT. You will represent our full line—hardwood lumber, veneer, plywood, millwork and cabinetry—and grow our customer base through dedicated service.

This is commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Typical earnings range from $75,000 to $125,000, plus benefits: medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO. Some travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of outside sales experience, preferably in lumber/building materials.
• Knowledge of millwork and 2-step distribution is a plus.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to current customers in the region with a focus on service.
• Grow sales by adding new customers across the territory.
• Communicate customer needs to branches to optimize product mix.
• Coordinate with inside sales to align efforts on sales growth.
• Accompany vendors’ reps as needed to support accounts.
