Rugby Architectural Building Products in Lebanon, TN seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive regional sales. You will represent our full product line—millwork, cabinetry, hardwoods—and build strong customer relationships across the territory, with travel as needed.

A proven track record in building materials sales and ability to manage a growing book of business are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years sales experience, outside/territory sales ideal.
• Experience in construction or building materials preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the territory and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to current customers in the region with strong customer service.
• Manage sales across the territory and grow the customer base.
• Call on potential new customers throughout the territory.
• Coordinate product mix with branches and inside sales staff.
• Lead conversations and drive sales growth and vendor relations.
