Job summary

Van Beek Nutrition LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and maintain customer relationships throughout Idaho and Montana. You will sell approved calcium, mineral, and animal-feed products to farms, ranches, feed businesses, and other agricultural customers.

The role involves travel within Idaho and Montana with base pay plus commissions, negotiable by experience. Reports to the Executive Team and requires maintaining records and following compliant sales

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural sales or livestock production preferred.
• Ability to prospect independently, build relationships, organize a territory, and follow through.
• Clear communication and basic computer skills including email, Microsoft Teams, Toggl, Canva, social media, and customer tracking systems.
• Valid driver’s license, required automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects, develop new accounts, and grow assigned customer relationships.
• Visit customers and prospects within the territory, prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and coordinate orders.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records; track work time and sales activity.
• Record commission type and allocations on sales order forms and obtain management approval.
• Follow approved pricing, credit terms, product specifications, and sales practices.
