Qualifications

• Experience selling to healthcare professionals or in B2B medical sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate value propositions.
• Willingness to travel within designated territory and to visit referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout the territory.
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight Lincare's product categories.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to referral sources.
