FASTSIGNS Eastvale is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in a dynamic territory. The role emphasizes a hunter approach, consultative branding solutions, and end-to-end deal closure.

You will own the full sales cycle, from aggressive lead generation and cold calling to project management and closing the deal, with commission-based upside and a competitive base salary.

Competenze

• 2+ years of outside sales experience with a focus on share of wallet.
• Ability to hold high-level conversations with business decision-makers.
• Experience in cold calling, canvassing, and lead generation.
• CRM usage to maintain territory records and activity.
• Attention to pricing, estimates, and sales contracts.

• Proactive Prospecting: Execute a daily drill-down strategy using face-to-face cold calling, telephone canvassing, and networking to build a robust pipeline.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct site visits to diagnose client needs and recommend custom visual solutions that meet Brand Standards.
• Strategic Planning: Develop an annual sales plan to consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from initial estimate and artwork approval to final collection, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
