Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (sales/athletics or leadership background)
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (training provided)
• Ability to work independently with strong goal focus

Responsibilities

• Cover a dedicated territory and conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and client relationships
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and referrals
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager each week
• Record daily sales activity and progress toward targets
