Lonestar Forklift in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative for our Industrial Sales & Rentals role. This entrepreneurial position offers uncapped commission and a bridge salary in year one, with on‑target earnings of $75,000 to $100,000+.

You will lead the territory’s sales and rental strategy, prospect new business, manage key accounts, and collaborate with product experts to expand opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and contract terms.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct B2B sales experience preferred.
• Post-secondary education in Sales, Business Management or related discipline asset.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel) knowledge.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English required; Spanish a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead the outside sales and rental strategy in your territory.
• Prospect for new business, manage leads, and close deals.
• Build relationships with decision makers within accounts; sustain an ongoing strategy.
• Manage top accounts and grow revenue with proactive opportunities.
• Ensure contract terms and customer satisfaction are met.
• Follow up on orders, quotes, and services; support cross-selling.
