Lonestar Forklift, Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for Industrial Sales & Rentals in San Antonio, Texas. You will build your own territory with uncapped commission and a 401K match, while enjoying a flexible and entrepreneurial work culture.

The role offers a base salary of $35,000, a $35,000 bridge in year one, and OTE of $75,000–$100,000+ with on-site duties in San Antonio. Strong relationships and bilingual abilities are valued as assets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• English proficiency required; Spanish language skills a strong asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outside sales and rental strategy in the territory.
• Prospect new business, manage leads, and close deals with tailored solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision makers in accounts.
• Manage top accounts and seek growth opportunities.
• Ensure contract terms compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product experts on expansion and cross-selling.
• Analyze competitors to overcome objections and win deals.
