Job summary

AAA Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative in Northwest Arkansas. With an established territory, you will manage existing relationships and develop new opportunities in an uncapped commission plan.

You’ll learn our range of office technology products and services and aim to close high-level deals by meeting with C-suite executives and other decision-makers. Strong communication and drive are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of outside sales or similar experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to learn, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and coachable demeanor.
• Proactive, goal-driven with the ability to work solo.
• Familiar with LinkedIn or willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client base and develop in-person, long-term relationships with new clients.
• Prospect and set appointments with key decision makers (CEO, CIO, COO, Sr. VP, etc.).
• Learn and become knowledgeable on office technology products and services.
• Document all customer information in the sales system.
• Research and schedule meetings with top-level management to close sales using negotiation techniques.
• Identify needs using knowledge of office technology to address business gaps and emphasize features.
• Collaborate with service and admin teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Education
