Job summary

AAA Business Systems, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Northwest Arkansas territory. You will manage existing client relationships and develop new opportunities in an uncapped commission plan, using a solid foundation in business, marketing or sales.

This role requires 1–3 years in outside sales, with the ability to reach top executives (CEO, CIO, COO, Sr. VP) to close deals. You will learn our range of office technology products, document all customer interactions, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field or equivalent sales experience.
• 1–3 years outside sales experience and a proven ability to develop new business.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client base and develop long-term relationships.
• Prospect for new opportunities and establish appointments with decision makers.
• Learn and become knowledgeable on office technology products and services.
• Document all customer information in the sales system.
• Engage senior executives to close sales using negotiation techniques.
• Identify client needs and highlight product features to solve issues.
• Collaborate with service and admin teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
