Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an outside sales professional to cover a dedicated territory in Georgia. After training, you will visit small and mid-sized businesses, meet owners and decision-makers, and introduce them to industry-leading insurance solutions tailored for employees.

You will work with a high-performing team and receive ongoing support and advancement opportunities, with a flexible schedule and a performance-based compensation plan designed to reward success.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client base in your territory.
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present insurance solutions tailored to employees’ needs.
• Visit new businesses and nurture relationships with local owners.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedules and report activity to the manager.
• Record daily sales activity and progress at day end.
