JP Mascaro & Sons is a locally owned solid waste company seeking a Sales Territory Manager for the Wyoming Valley Division in Nanticoke, PA. The role focuses on identifying new business, meeting monthly targets, and expanding the company’s presence within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new business within assigned territory.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Increase company presence in the territory.
• Manage current accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide quotes to prospective customers.
• Perform daily cold calls to prospective customers.
• Analyze accounts to ensure accurate quotes and proper solutions.
• Submit sales reports and handle special projects as assigned.
