Job summary

Polymershapes is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to lead growth across assigned territories. You will build relationships, manage key accounts, and collaborate with Inside Sales to drive new business while representing our broad plastics portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with strong presentation and negotiation skills, capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to customer success and profitability through value-based pricing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BA or BS in Business, Sales, Marketing, etc. preferred.
• Territory management experience preferred.
• Strong writing and verbal presentation skills (storytelling).
• Proven track record of client acquisition and business development.
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.
• Ambitious, goal-driven with ability to exceed sales targets.
• Understanding of value pricing to optimize profitability.
• Honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention through exceptional sales and service.
• Actively manage and call upon key accounts (current and prospective).
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to drive new business growth throughout territory.
• Enter, update and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects and opportunities.
• Identify customer buying trends and plan to meet their needs.
• Understand our value proposition to meet client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
