Escalon Services is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative for the Ocala territory. This full-time, field-based role focuses on expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and driving growth through strategic outreach and tailored solutions.

You will lead a small sales team, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing to generate leads, while representing a reputable manufacturer and supplier serving the stone industry with granite and quartz products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B sales, management, or business development roles.
• Ability to manage accounts and develop strategic sales initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new B2B clients in target markets.
• Sell granite and quartz products to fabricators, builders, developers, retailers, and contractors; grow new business.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth through proactive communication.
