Job summary

Florida Tile is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by promoting products to contractors, builders, dealers, architects, and designers. The role focuses on building relationships, leveraging market insights, and acting as a trusted advisor within the territory.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, launching programs, managing displays, and coordinating with branch leadership. A background in direct sales and SAP is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the territory.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and forecast sales trends.
• Experience developing and executing annual business plans.
• SAP experience or familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects, designers, and other target customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to support annual revenue objectives.
• Set up, maintain, and update product displays as needed.
• Successfully launch new products and company programs within the territory.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and strategies, and communicate market insights to branch leadership.
• Identify, prospect, qualify, and establish new customer accounts.
• Address and resolve product-related concerns in accordance with company guidelines.
• Utilize and maintain working knowledge of SAP systems.
• Coordinate with branch management to ensure adequate product sample inventory.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
