Job summary

Bunzl Houston is seeking a Sales Representative for the R3 Redistribution in Houston, TX. This field-based role drives sales across the Houston geography, managing accounts and developing new business with local distributors.

You will work with distributors, promoting Bunzl products and building relationships. A minimum of 2+ years in sales is required; a valid US driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, CoPilot).
• Experience with MS Dynamics or another CRM tool.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through prospecting and building new distributor accounts.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships and drive account growth.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service and cultivate new relationships for future sales growth.
