Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Colorado to visit businesses, present supplemental insurance products, and build lasting client relationships. You will manage your own schedule, call on new and existing clients, and work with a supportive team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable handling objections in a dynamic, changing environment.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Health & Life producer license if not licensed
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain the license (licensing reimbursement offered)

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses in your territory to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Develop relationships with owners, benefits managers, and employees.
• Set your own schedule and submit hours weekly to your manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing re-service.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
