Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team in Texas. This outside sales role requires meeting with business owners and managers to present supplemental insurance products, building lasting relationships and managing your own schedule.

You will train in a virtual classroom and on territory, with weekly draw pay, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement as you grow your book of business. A license in Health & Life is preferred.

Qualifications

• High drive and enthusiasm for sales.
• Independent worker who manages own time.
• Resilient and positive with ability to handle objections.
• Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business through active prospecting.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs and close sales.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily to management.
