The representative will spend most of their time in the field meeting customers, visiting jobsites, and identifying upcoming projects, with support from inside sales, project management, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Existing relationships in Northern Central Valley preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand CED Stockton’s presence in surrounding markets.
• Identify geographic areas, customers, and market segments with growth potential.
• Prospect for new accounts and actively develop sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, commercial and industrial customers.
• Regularly visit customer offices, facilities, and jobsites.
• Identify upcoming projects, bidding opportunities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with inside sales and project teams to develop quotations and solutions.
• Grow sales and gross profit through new accounts and expanded relationships.
• Partner with manufacturers to identify opportunities and provide solutions.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective and existing business.
• Develop long-term customer relationships through consistent communication.
