Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to build and manage your own territory, prospect, and close deals with businesses and homes. You won’t wait for leads; you’ll create your own pipeline, enjoy comprehensive training, and rely on a supportive team as you grow your career in pest control.

You’ll perform inspections, provide quotes, generate leads through networking, and establish lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes for potential customers.
• Sales and lead generation through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects into customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
