Job summary

Northeastern Supply, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to grow sales and profitability by cultivating existing customers and recruiting new ones within an assigned territory. You will promote products, provide technical support, and conduct training for customers.

Full-Time position with locations across the United States. The role offers a wide pay range ($28,600 – $130,000 per year) and opportunities for commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• 2–3 years in a similar position preferred.
• Product/applications and wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to adapt to different customer types.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct sales presentations to new and existing customers; determine requirements and recommend specific products.
• Prepare and present quotations; incorporate the selling process into proposal writing and pricing models.
• Assist customers in creating marketing plans and programs to grow their business.
• Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services.
• Integrate industry partners into sales opportunities and articulate the organization's value proposition.
