Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an outside sales professional to cover a dedicated territory in the McAllen area. After training with accomplished sales trainers, you will meet with business owners and key decision-makers to introduce industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to employee needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
