Auto Value is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a territory in the Hays, KS area, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth. You will cover existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities while working with a team behind you to reach ambitious targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive sales and a solid understanding of the parts industry, with the drive to prospect, call on customers, and close deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive sales, outside sales, or related industry experience.
• Strong understanding of the automotive parts industry.
• Able to prospect and make the first call, build relationships, and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales by developing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers across the territory.
• Prospect, cold call, and leverage referrals to win new business.
• Own and manage an effective call schedule and sales strategy for the territory.
• Provide product knowledge, solutions, and exceptional service.
• Promote sales programs and work toward established targets, collaborating with store leadership.
