Job summary

Talent Harbor is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and grow a new wholesale book of business across designated U.S. territories. This full-cycle role covers prospecting, discovery, onboarding, delivery, and account retention, with independence to develop your territory from the ground up.

Expect about 70% travel by car, face-to-face meetings, and the use of CRM to track visits and pipelines. Base salary range is $75,000–$85,000 with commission and OTE of $100,000–$110,000+;

• 2-6 years of professional sales experience.
• Demonstrated full-cycle sales ability.
• Hunter mentality to develop new business.
• Ability to travel ~70% of time.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle wholesale B2B sales from prospecting to close.
• Generate new business via door-knocking and in-person outreach.
• Meet customers in person across the territory.
• Lead discovery and onboarding processes.
• Maintain customer relationships through delivery and beyond.
• Manage sales lifecycle data in CRM.
• Travel locally and regionally within territory.
