Ganz is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager – Outside Sales Representative to build relationships, grow a retail territory, and drive product sales in gift, home décor, fashion, and seasonal categories.

The role is field-based, five days per week, visiting customers, presenting lines, writing orders, and guiding retailers to best-sellers. Company training, mentorship, and a robust benefits package accompany a $45,000 base with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• A four‑year degree and/or 2–3 years of outside or retail sales experience.
• Residence within the designated territory and willingness to travel five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a territory of independent retail accounts.
• Visit customers in person five days per week in the field.
• Present product lines, write orders, and manage your schedule.
• Help retailers choose products that sell in their stores.
