Job summary

Ganz USA, LLC is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager – Outside Sales Representative to grow our Maryland territory. This field-based role involves visiting independent retailers five days a week, presenting product lines, taking orders, and helping retailers choose gifts, home décor, and seasonal items.

You are a self-starter with strong relationship-building skills, organized, and comfortable traveling.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required or 2–3 years outside/retail sales experience.
• Residence within designated territory.
• Ability to travel five days per week in territory with personal vehicle.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience operating an iPad and using Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in the territory in person and build relationships.
• Present product lines and write orders.
• Help retailers choose products that will sell in their stores.
• Manage schedule and territory growth in collaboration with management.
