Job summary

Crown Battery Mfg. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive IND sales in Northern Ohio and Michigan. The role is home-office based with significant field activity, including calls on existing and potential customers within the territory.

You will identify opportunities, coordinate with dealer partners, and help manage forecasts while adhering to Crown Quality System requirements.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in commercial or industrial products.
• Bachelor's degree or technical college degree.
• Strong business-to-business support experience and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and open new IND customers.
• Make joint calls with truck dealer partners or IND customers to develop new business.
• Manage activities to retain existing business within the territory.
• Assist in training truck dealer sales personnel.
• Provide input on market and territory trends and meet sales goals.
• Act as liaison between the sales territory and Crown's support operations.
• Assist in forecasting: monthly, quarterly, annual forecasts.
• Adhere to Crown Quality System policies and documentation.
