Wallace Distribution is a long-standing hardware distributor seeking an energetic outside sales professional in Virginia to grow dealer accounts and drive revenue. You will build relationships with dealers and identify opportunities to meet sales goals in a competitive market.

This full-time role features commission-based earnings with a draw during training, and requires strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively promote our extensive product lines.

Qualificações

• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Industry or product knowledge preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Self-motivated and hardworking.
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales.
• Organized, detail and deadline-oriented, self-starter who loves contributing to the team's goals.
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Teams, and Office.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with your dealers and listen to their needs to provide the best experience
• Find and generate new business by networking and gaining referrals
• Set and meet sales goals
• Develop and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training and vendor product awareness
• Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
