Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, build lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and meet monthly sales targets within your local market. The role involves traveling within the designated territory and delivering educational in-services to referral sources.

The position emphasizes data-driven strategies, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a local territory while advancing comprehensive product categories

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within local territory.
• Previous sales experience in DME or healthcare preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory.
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Lincare's product categories.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources.
