Lincare Holdings is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the local market, generating leads and building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals while achieving monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within local territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with physicians, hospital personnel, and internal teams.
• Experience in sales or DME preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and foster relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence in the territory.
• Deliver in-services to highlight product categories to referral sources.
• Provide clinical follow-up and patient reporting to referral sources.
