Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive top-of-funnel pipeline in Michigan, including Detroit metro, Troy, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, account targeting, and coordinating with BDMs to accelerate referral growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or healthcare, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and a valid driver's license. Hybrid work model and strong CRM discipline are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years of equivalent experience in exercise science/physiology, sports/performance training, kinesiology.
• 1-2 years of sales or healthcare experience.
• Maintain valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation: identify and prioritize target accounts and execute outbound outreach (calls, emails, campaigns).
• Account Targeting & Segmentation: maintain accurate account lists and segmentation; support territory planning and CRM data integrity.
• Campaign Execution: run local and regional outreach campaigns; coordinate with marketing and events to generate pipeline.
• Pod Support & Alignment: partner with BDMs to align outreach with priorities; ensure speedy follow-up.
• Key KPIs: track qualified meetings, pipelines, outreach activity, and opportunities handed to BDM.
