Zimmer Biomet’s Paragon 28 brand seeks a Direct Sales Representative to cover Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and Youngstown, OH from a home office. You will develop strategies, educate surgeons and staff, and drive territory growth while ensuring product availability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior orthopedic sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.
• Residence within the geographical contracted territory is required.

Responsabilités

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Serve as a trusted clinical and business partner to orthopedic surgeons and healthcare teams.
• Cover operating room procedures and educate professionals on P28 products.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and inventory; manage territory performance.
