Job summary

Zimmer Biomet's Paragon 28 division seeks a Direct Sales Representative to drive growth in the Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and Youngstown territory. You will build relationships with surgeons and OR teams, educate on products, and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.

The role is home-based, requires hospital/OR presence, frequent travel, and a strong emphasis on compliance, customer service, and territory development. Commission-based earnings can be substantial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior orthopedic sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.
• Ability to work autonomously outside of clinical events.
• Residence within the geographical territory or approved relocation plan.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships while covering orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
• Educates customers on P28 products.
• Prepare reports of business transactions.
• Build and implement sales plans for the territory, manage activity and quotas.
• Enter new customer data and other sales data into P28’s systems.
• Coordinate timely delivery of products to customers.
• Educate and inform staff on product use and maintenance.
• Aggressively solicit orders from present and prospective customers.
