Job summary

Paragon 28 (Zimmer Biomet) seeks a Direct Sales Representative for Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and Youngstown, Ohio. You will drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans while serving as a trusted clinical and business partner to orthopedic surgeons, operating room teams and healthcare providers.

This commission-based role requires building relationships, providing OR case coverage, educating professionals on P28 products, coordinating product evaluations and training,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior orthopedic sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Serve as a trusted clinical and business partner to orthopedic surgeons, OR teams and healthcare providers.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide operating room case coverage.
• Educate healthcare professionals on products and coordinate product evaluations and training.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and inventory; travel to events as needed.
