Alcon, the global leader in eye care, seeks a Business Development Manager for Melbourne North/West and ACT regions. You will drive revenues in optical stores by partnering with store owners, managers, and eye care practitioners to promote Alcon’s vision care portfolio.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in healthcare or consumer sales, with strong relationship-building and a track record of achieving results. Occasional travel to ACT, Tasmania, and regional locations is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Healthcare industry sales background preferred.
• Tertiary level education preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Alcon revenues in optical stores by engaging key decision makers.
• Promote Alcon portfolio from clinical and commercial perspectives.
• Establish strategic relationships to increase CL penetration in the practice.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and KAM teams to meet targets.
• Travel may be required to ACT, Tasmania and other regions.
