Job summary

NexTech Solutions is seeking a Senior Territory Operations Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. Hybrid role—onsite Tue, Wed, Thu, with typical office hours and responsibilities spanning budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, and multi-location facilities management.

You will oversee forecasts, financial reporting, vendor performance, and operational improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient operations within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in related field; 6+ years may substitute for degree.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost controls.
• Procurement, vendor relationships, and contract administration experience.
• Ability to solicit quotes, evaluate bids, monitor contracts, and vendor performance.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Word.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operating budgets, complete monthly forecasts, and monitor financial performance.
• Track expenses, verify coding, and support financial reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, procurement, and service delivery timelines.
• Coordinate procurement, quotes, bids, and supplier negotiations.
• Oversee facilities, fleet, and office operations across locations.
• Track contracts, compliance, and data-security training; support improvements.
• Support territory leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, prioritizing needs.
