Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Logistics: Manage shipments, tracking, labeling, documentation.
• Procurement: Research vendors, compare quotes, assist with purchase requests.
• Facilities: Conduct office space walkthroughs, manage visits and access, coordinate maintenance.
• Office operations: restock supplies, setup/reconfiguration as needed.
• Technical support: onboarding workstations, basic IT troubleshooting, escalate issues as needed.
