Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Territory Operations Director RN in Madison Heights, MI. This role leads daily operations, drives clinical and administrative performance, and ensures high-quality patient care across multiple sites within Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties.

Qualified candidates will have strong leadership, a valid MI RN license (license preferred), and experience managing healthcare programs and budgets.

Qualifications

• RN license preferred.
• 2+ years of health-related leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in business and fiscal functions in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and clinical services for the territory.
• Supervise staff training, development and performance.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, professional standards and regulations.
• Lead attrition management and succession planning within the territory.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care and operations.
