Job summary

AccentCare in Renton, WA is seeking a Territory Operations Director Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 plus bonus, with a sign-on bonus of $10,000. WA RN license is required; OASIS experience preferred.

This is a multi-site leadership role overseeing Territory operations including Tacoma, Lynnwood, and Renton offices. The role demands strong leadership, clinical and operational expertise, and a driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• WA RN license required for consideration.
• OASIS experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in health care administration or business functions.
• 3+ years of people management, preferably in home health care.
• Driver with insured vehicle in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and clinical services across multiple sites.
• Direct agency functions and ensure KPIs aligned with administrator level.
• Supervise staff development, coaching, and attrition management.
• Foster relationships across AccentCare departments to support territory.
