AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Territory Operations Director RN for our Home Health division in Madison Heights, MI.

This leadership role oversees daily operations, clinical services, and administrative functions across multiple sites to achieve KPIs and high-quality patient care. The candidate will manage staff, drive performance, ensure policy compliance, and foster partnerships across AccentCare departments.

Qualifications

• RN License in Michigan required
• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in healthcare business/fiscal functions
• 2+ years health-related experience required
• 3-5 years of people management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and clinical services for the territory
• Oversee multisite agency functions to meet KPIs
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations
• Recruit, train and develop staff; manage attrition and leadership growth
• Build cross-department relationships and drive collaborative projects
