Job summary

AccentCare Inc. in Madison Heights, MI is seeking a Territory Operations Director RN to lead home health operations across Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties. This full-time role requires strong leadership and an MI RN license.

Salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 DOE, plus quarterly bonus. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, ensuring policy compliance, developing staff, and partnering with other departments to improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Healthcare professional with at least 2 years of health-related leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in business and fiscal functions in healthcare.
• RN license preferred.
• 3–5 years of people management and administrative experience; home health experience preferred.
• Experience in business and fiscal functions preferred in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and clinical services to serve patients and staff; manage multisite territory.
• Administratively supervise quality of care for agency clients in the territory.
• Ensure agency policies comply with professional standards, state and federal requirements.
• Hire, train and develop staff; conduct monthly coaching to grow leaders; manage attrition.
• Navigate a matrixed environment; build relationships with AccentCare departments and partners.
