Job summary

Integrity Care Group in New York is seeking a Territory Manager to lead 6–10 clinics within an assigned territory. You will drive operational excellence, workforce effectiveness, patient experience, and financial performance through partnership with Clinic Leads and providers.

You will oversee multi-site operations and act as a liaison between field operations and leadership. The role emphasizes culture leadership, change management, talent development, and data-driven improvement to achieve KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Minimum 3 years of multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, achieving business results.
• Strong knowledge of operational metrics, financial performance management, and workforce planning.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drives accountability for operational standards and performance expectations across clinics.
• Ensures consistent implementation of policies, workflows, and service standards.
• Monitors performance metrics and develops action plans to address gaps.
• Maintains regular visibility within clinics to evaluate performance and support teams.
• Partners with Clinic Leads to improve patient flow, staffing efficiency, and readiness.
• Creates alignment across clinics and shares best practices for consistency.
• Coaches leaders and high-potential employees to improve performance.
• Leads continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient experience.
• Communicates organizational changes clearly and drives adoption.
