Job summary

Integrity Care Group is seeking a Territory Manager to lead 6–10 clinics within a defined US territory. You will partner with Clinic Leads, providers, and support teams to drive operational excellence, workforce effectiveness, patient experience, and financial performance.

You will provide multi-site leadership, coach leaders, monitor metrics, and implement process improvements to achieve organizational priorities and sustainable growth across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Minimum 3 years of multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, achieving business results, and developing leaders.
• Strong knowledge of operational metrics, financial performance management, and workforce planning.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drives accountability for operational standards and performance expectations across the territory.
• Ensures consistent implementation of policies, workflows, and clinical service standards.
• Monitors operational performance metrics and develops action plans to address performance gaps.
• Maintains regular visibility within assigned clinics to evaluate performance and reinforce expectations.
• Partners with Clinic Leads to improve patient flow, staffing efficiency, and operational readiness.
• Creates alignment across multiple clinics while maintaining a consistent patient and employee experience.
