Job summary

Integrity Care Group seeks a Territory Manager to lead a defined Oklahoma territory of 6–10 clinics, partnering with Clinic Leads to drive operational excellence, workforce engagement, patient experience, and financial performance.

You will serve as a culture champion and change leader, balancing daily execution with long-term objectives, coaching leaders, standardizing practices, and using data to improve outcomes across sites.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Minimum 3 years of multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, achieving business results, and developing leaders.
• Strong knowledge of operational metrics, financial performance management, and workforce planning.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drives accountability for operational standards and performance across 6-10 clinics.
• Partners with Clinic Leads to improve patient flow, staffing efficiency, and operational readiness.
• Monitors performance metrics and develops action plans to address gaps.
• Maintains visibility within clinics to evaluate performance and reinforce expectations.
• Creates alignment across multiple clinics while maintaining consistent patient and employee experience.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration across locations and departments.
