Job summary

VayKLife is seeking an experienced operations leader to take ownership of a local territory and potentially manage multiple territories. The role emphasizes a management-first, field-operations approach with clear reporting relationships and defined scope before offer.

Candidates may be considered for higher levels (Senior Territory Manager or Operations Director) based on experience, with compensation aligned to responsibility and territory size.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive management or operations leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading people and developing supervisors or managers.
• Strong knowledge of staffing, scheduling, labor management, operational planning, performance metrics, safety, and seasonal readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own safe, timely, accurate, and efficient delivery, pickup, service, quality-control, warehouse, maintenance, and inventory operations within the assigned scope.
• Translate forecasts, company priorities, and leadership direction into realistic daily, weekly, and multi-week operating plans.
• Ensure people, gear, vehicles, trailers, facilities, supplies, tools, devices, and management coverage are ready for anticipated demand.
• Build, train, schedule, supervise, coach, and hold teams accountable for safety, quality, productivity, professionalism, and company standards.
• Align labor and local resources with forecasted work and approved operating plans.
• Maintain accurate inventory and protect gear, vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
• Identify risks and resource gaps early, present practical options, and follow important work through completion.
