Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow an established On-Premise customer base in the Houston area. You will focus on account development, consultative selling, and relationship building to drive business growth.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, a BS degree or equivalent experience, and a valid driver’s license. You will travel within the territory, handle inquiries, and present promotions to clients while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a Sales Representative role or higher.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Availability to work outside 8-5, including evenings and some weekends.
• Must pass criminal background and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives within the territory.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop thorough knowledge of products and promotions.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to clients.
• Grow the business by targeting new and undersold accounts.
• Leverage POS and promotions to maximize selling opportunities.
• Understand all deals, programs, and initiatives offered by the company.
• Follow standard sales call procedures and document activities.
• Provide consistent customer service and face-to-face interaction with accounts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures; manage paperwork accurately.
